Safe to Apply for PR renewal Now !

hello All,

I became PR in 2008 Jan went back to home country, Came back to Canada 2011 in June Since than I am in Canada and have completed 2 years ( total stay of 767 days ) of stay, so now is it safe to apply for PR renewal. PR Card is Already Expired in Feb 2013.

Also, in the application I can only go back 5 year from the date I sign my application right ?? for example I am singing my application on Aug 10, 2013. History can only go back to Aug, 2008 right ??

Also, I am planning to Travel back home in early December so I can Apply for Urgent Processing even though its 4 months advance ??

What are the most important Documents should I attached along with Passport Copy and PR card Copy and DL copy

Yes - it's safe to apply to renew your PR status.

Yes - the application only covers the last five years.

Yes - you can request expedite processing.

If you want to request expedite processing you'll need to include a copy of your airline ticket / flight itinerary.
