I got visa on March and it got canceled same month showing following two reasons
1) I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT D EMPLOYER HAS DEMONSTRATED COMPLIANCE W/ FEDERAL OR PROVINCIAL LAWS REGARDING EMPLOYMENT OR RECRUITMENT IN D PROVINCE HERE U WILL B WORKING
2) D INFORMATION U PROVIDED @ UR INTERVIEW DID NOT ALLAY MY CONCERNS THAT U HAVE CONCEALLED AN UNAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE & THAT U PAID ILLEGAL PLACEMENT FEES TO THIS REPRESENTATIVE.
I understand that I hd link with UAE based agency and I paid placement fees, because agency find me employer in Canada. UAE agency ve another agency in Canada who find me employer .but I never keep in touch between employer and me. As well this Canada agency. Now I saw same employer posting job vacancy in job bank and I forward my cv to this employer mail. Employer surprise and sucked to see my resume and contact me what happen how visa cancelled .and now employer showing interest to me hiring again through direct hire not through agency employer wants to apply LMO for me and sending to me directly now my question is
if I apply work permit with same employer in abudhabi visa office what is the chances to approve work permit ?
But abudhabi VO told me if I apply genuine ill get 1st priority to approve visa
and one more question my visa was already cancelled in system in Canadian border and embassy but in my passport still not cancel .and embassy also not requesting for cancelled what can I do/ I still can apply another application for work permit ?
Some seniors advise me!!!

musta n guys ako eto kkareceived lng ng explanation letter from employer and now inaayos at nirreview ko n ulit yung application at requirements ko pra next week ready n ulit s pg reapply ng visa sana this tym ok n ma approve n sna..pero guys while im checking ng requirements na pansin ko yung nbi ko na more than 3 months na .. kc nbasa ko s checklist dapat within 3months lng yung nbi so i need to renew ulit... kainis and one morw question guys include ko kc yung birth ceet ng anak ko at marriage cert nmin need ba authenticated or ok lng n hindi bsta original any suggestion pls.... thanks guys...

sa manila ako nagsubmit ng application ko...last Feb 22,2012 na pick up ng courier ung first application ko then March 1, 2012 dumating meds request since taga baguio ako d2 ako nagpamedical...march 3 ako nagmedical then April 10 narecieved ng CEM med result ko...May 15, 2012 refused application ko.... sobrang dis appointed employer ko sa result kc nireview namin mabuti application and nakakapagtaka tlga bkit negative ang result, married nman ako with 2 children so how come na hindi ako babalik d2...it depends tlga sa VO na magrereview ng mga application natin swertehan lang...advice ng employer ko magreapply thats why i submit my application last May 31 with new contract and same LMO that would expire on August 5....
Hi! i just want to know if aside sa "APPLICATION FOR A WORK PERMIT - Checklist" that I got sa application kit from www.philippines.gc.ca. Nag submit pa rin ba kayo ng IMM5488E? that you can find naman sa cic website. Kailangan bang dalawang checklist ang ipasa? thanks!

hindi makapasok yung pm ko sau, paki PM mo nlang email add mo....Sa EDY building ka ba nagpamedical? matagal tlga pag nationwide almost 1 month before nila i forward sa CEM much better tlga sa manila magpamedical more or less 1 week na forward na nla result....

I was denied due to:
1. You were not able to demonstrate that you adequately meet the job requirements of you prospective employer. (Which is true on my part because I'm applying for front desk rep but I never had any training or experience on it. I am currently a supervisor in a BPO company).
2. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
a. your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence (I included in my application form the list of my relatives leaving in Canada, dapat bang di ko ininclude cla?)
b. purpose of visit (It was clear I'm going there for work) chaaka nila
paano ba ito maeexpand eh check lang naman yung gagwin sa form nila.
c. limited employment prospects in your country of residence (no Idea)ano po ba ito????
d.and lastly personal assets and financial status (I have only P105K in my bank statement)...i don't know how much do they need in order to pass this factor?
