RRPF cashed - when can i expect PPR request

Hi experts

My RRPF was cashed on 22nd jan 2010. so when can i expect PPR. my timelines are

applied to buffalo - 23rd dec 2008 ( AEO)
AOR - 02nd april 2009
Medicals sent - 22nd dec 2009
RRPF cashed - 22nd jan 2010.

1. What does RPRF n medical request imply?? is it almost done or more background checks remaining?
2. If they dont wnt to give PR, why they ask for RPRF. is it positive to ask RPRF n medicals???
3. how long they can take for PPR after medical n RPRF?

You can check from the balance on your credit card or check with your bank if you issued a bank draft.
