RQ after test?

Is it possible to get RQ after written/passed the test?

I wrote my test in Feb 2014 and still waiting for the oath. I called CIC several weeks ago and was told that I just have to wait.

I would appreciate any experiences or advice. Thank you.

I have been waiting since Feb 2014 too (see my signature) and I am also worried about receiving RQ. I have already prepared all documents in advance (rental agreement, pay stubs, medical history, bank and credit card statements, utility bills, car insurance papers etc).

Hope I do not get RQ. But yes it can happen. It has happened to some members on this forum (for eg: VinayPuri).

Hoe did you get the medical history? Wich form you used? and to witch adress did you write?
Can we get it on-line?

You've to mail in a Personal Claims History request to OHIP.
