I think there a form attached to the e-mailed and they tell you how to pay and how to send back to them...

Nothing was attached.
Should I email CIC and request for the form?
I onky received an instruction to pay and do the medical.
Only the medical referral was attached.
And no form about the payment.
What should i do? Any suggestions?

I'm on the same boat. Asking for pay RPRF and do medical , no form for rprf payment . I can't pay online but have to pay through bank draft. Should I just send the draft to SPORE immigration office? What did you do maple?

rprf can be paid online using debit or credit card then email to your visa office the receipt...

I dont have that online facility. I have to make a bank draft and send it to SPORE visa office that what the letter asked for. but should I need to send that bank draft alone in envelop or should I just attached that letter they sent me. Appreciate any feedback.
