I received the letter from Canadian embassy in Manila and asked for payment of right of permanent residence fees (RPRF)
I already prepare certified cheque payable to Canadian Embassy Manila and ready to send.
My questions are
1- In the letter they emphasized that (the file number must be included on all correspondence with this office)
Q. shall I write my file number on cheque or should I write in different paper and clip the cheque with the paper?

2-there are 2 address in the letter one is
(Visa section: level 6, Tower 2, RCBC Plaza 6819 Ayala Avenue Makati-city 1200 Philippines)
The other is
(P.O. Box 2168 makati Central post Office Makati City 1200, Philippines FAX (632)843-1094)
Q. could somebody plz. advice which address should I send this Cheque?

Prepare a cover letter with your file number on the upper right hand. In your letter you
can indicate the reference document you received and the attached cheque for what purpose.
Do not put your file number on the check, but only in your correspondence to the embassy.
Or you can put the file number on the envelope of the cheque.

Submit your letter thru courier using the VISA section address....
But if you are going to send it thru Post office use the PO box address....

I hope this help... 8)

Thank you for response
Do you think registered mail like EMS would deliver to P.O. box address?

If you use EMS, use the visa section address..
