hi if i pay RPRF upfront can really save it time
different people have diffident view but CIC website says yes
what should i do
need advise pls

There is no reason not paying it.

It only takes you 5 minutes or so.

And it can be returned anyways. (I know no one want this money back though :) )

but some people said when the file will be picked by V/OFFicer if he/she see that RPRF upfront paid, the it can be quick for IP/DM

Pay it upfront my friend. and send the receipts to cic so that they can attach it to your file.The next will be a direct PPR or a copr(if u r frm visa exempt country)
