im inland, PNP, paper based. AOR - august 2018. MP late may 2019. got requested to pay RPRF on May 26, 2019. curious if anyone knows how long it takes (on average) to get PPR after this fee? read in other threads that it may be about 3-4 weeks, but that applied to EE and was in 2018 ; the 2019 cases are (allegedly) different and it actually doesn't matter at what time/stage this RPRF is paid as it is no indication of forthcoming PR. true or false? any examples or thoughts on this?
