RPRF to PPR Timeline

Hi All,

My AOR submission is may 13th 2017.I got my RPRF request on sep 8th and uploaded the payment reciept on sep 10th.

Now the status shows additional documents are bieng reviewed.

Any idea when will i get my my PPR mail based on the above status

Did you get any update aftrer you paid the RPRF?
I also got a RPRF request on 21 Sept 2017 and paid it on 22 Sept.
After that I didn't hear from CIC.

Same. Nothing since mine was paid (sep 8th)

Hi Everyone,
I have similar query. I had paid my RPRF fee on 8th September and still waiting for PPR request. I heard it normally takes 7-10 days to receive PPR request after request for RPRF. Can anybody guide on the above.

Nope not necessarily. There's no "normally" anything. All the numbers are based on estimation and speculation

But how much time should it take ? Does asking RPRF means that case is through and it is only matter of time for VISA ?

No, you can't assume RPRF means that. No one is exactly sure at what stage in the application processing IRCC requests the RPRF. Some people state it's after R10 is completed, but if that's true, then there is still quite a bit of processing to go before you finally get to PPR...

some people were requested RPRF less than 2 weeks in etc... so no it doesn't mean that

No it is still awaited. I had also received my RPRF request on 7th September

Same here ... no update from CIC after i paid RPRF on 22-Sept.
Also my BG check says - "Your application is in progress. We will let you know when we start your background check"
I'm wondering why BG check is not yet started.
