RPRF - Right of Permanent Resident fee ($ 500 to $ 515)

I submitted my application and paid the RPRF fee $ 500 (Paid in February 2021) along with my application fee for my family before April 30, 2022. Do I need pay the difference $ 15 as new RPRF now? The new RPRF is $ 515 now. Appreciate your kind reply.

You don’t need to pay the difference. The new fees applies only to applications received after April 30,2022.

Thank you. I got an email from IRCC few days ago, asking me to pay RPRF as soon as possible but I already paid it last year (Feb 2021). I sent them the receipt of payment (RPRF $500, along with all other fee) with an explanation letter yesterday itself. I thought, IRCC is asking me to pay the difference $15 now.
Does this request by IRCC means (asking us to pay RPPF fee), our application is approved? How long will it take to get passport request normally after paying RP? Appreciate your kind reply.
