If the applicant pays for the RPRF for the receipt do we put the Sponsor's Client ID number ?

Yes..I (The Applicant) filled out all the info (Name and Client ID) on the Receipt then realised my Husband (Sponsor) Should have filled it out so I wrote my Husbands full name, date of birth, his Client Id and Kit Number on the receipt bellow my info..I also added a cover letter with the receipt with all of our info so there can be no mistake as to whom the receipt belongs to!
