RPRF proof upload

Visa office has asked me to pay RPRF and upload the proof online. I am unable to find out how. they gave me this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/relatives-apply-after.asp

You could make the payment online for the type application.

You could send a copy of the payment receipt to the IRCC Visa Office processing your application through IRCC Webform.

How long did it take for them to request this? Which VO?
