RPRF IN NA2 STAGE

Hi All,
I am August 9th AOR. I am going to complete 180 days by this Sunday. I haven't paid my rprf amount. There is a link on CIC through which i can pay and then raise a CSE to my LVO by attaching the receipt. I wanted to enquire if anyone has paid rprf without getting a request?
All the other August AOR have already got their PPR.
Please help me if its ok to pay RPRF without getting a request from CIC.

Yes,you can pay it at anytime and attach the receipt to your case specific and also send it to your visa office.Pls where's your visa office?am also Aug 17th AOR and have not got MR and am surprised aug are already getting PPR! Where's your visa office pls
