RPRF fee request

Hi everyone,
I submitted my application for PR three weeks ago and paid total amount, everything that's requested. Today I received letter that says that their records indicate that RPRF has not been paid. I am very confused.
Does anyone have similar experience? What should I do? Thanks

When you submitted the application, you received two messages in your IRCC profile. One is AOR and one is payment receipt.

The payment receipt mentions the amount you paid. Send them an email with receipt attached and breakdown of amount, with total adding up to paid amount.

However, IRCC asks if you want to include RPRF upfront. if you selected not pay RPRF upfront then it will not ask for RPRF at payment time. So total amount will not include RPRF.

Just for your reference: $550 is processing fee for one adult (without RPRF included)
$1040 is fee for one adult (including RPRF)
If you have spouse then same is required for him/her ($550 or $1040)
If you included dependent children in application then per child fee is $150 (no RPRF for dependent children)

Hi There,
Can you please help me with this.
While I was applying for PR I paid ($2080) for me and my spouse.
And now I got an email for Interview and asking me to pay RPRF fee before Interview date, which I already paid.
So, here can I go with proof of payment or do I need to pay again..!!!
Please reply.
