RPRF & eMedical document sent to VO

Hi,
I am SINP OID paper based applicant, received my medical request on 25th April 2018 along with RPRF request. I have already paid RPRF online and uploaded official receipt to MY CIC account. Also, completed our medical test through approved panel physician. My VISA office is Singapore. Now , Can you please advice me followings:

1. Should I need to courier RPRF hard copy to Singapore VISA office, or I should submit it through CSE?

2. Panel Physician has given us eMedical tracking sheets, should we need to submit it to my VO through courier or CSE/email.
