The room is in a 3 room apartment (there may be other subletters) and you can have your OWN bathroom.

If you want to do your laundry, you can either buy a laundry card (of 5, 10 or 20£) and use the residence's laundry room-2£ wash/2£ dryer- or there are laundromats close by (LE D'EAU CHAUDE)
Situated in a great neighbourhood and close to everything! Groceries: Atwater Marker, Super C, IGA...
Many restaurants and fast food chains in walking distance: McDonald's, Domino's (amazing deliveries), Subway, Tim Hortons...
