The house is well connected to the Financial district & George brown college for working professionals or students. TTC streetcar and bus available 24 hrs making it easy for job search.Minutes away to Grocery stores, Dollarma, No Frills, Public Library. Walkable distance to the beach. CAR parking available as well.
