In ONtario it says en employer can deduct $85.25 a week for live-in caregivers room and board. But why are all advertisements saying $369.42? For 4 weeks, $85.25 a week is $342.

$85.25 x 52 weeks = $4433/12 months = $369.42

here in vancouver my room and board is 325 for a month as a live in nanny.

If your salary is bi-weekly then $85.25/week=170.50 and if your pay is monthly then $369.42 will be deducted.Because bi-weekly has 26 pays in one year while monthly has 12 months.

$369.42 x 12 months=$4,433.04
$170.50 x 26 pays=$4,433.00
