They request interview only in extreme cases, from what I know. So don't worry about that, most likely you won't get such an invitation

thx for answer dedee ....I hope not ...what extreme cases mean ?...I mean my husband is divorced and plus is a big difference of ages between us but we love each other very much ...ofc that 's why we are married ...so do you think they will find that weird coz is big difference of age ?

Out passport has been in the embassy for more then a month!!!
And they don't respond to e-mail enquiries.

I suggest you to try this: call Fedex Romania, +40 21 314 6520 or +40 21 201 4822 (http://www.fedex.com/ro/contact/) and tell them you need to pick up your passport from the Embassy. Give them the name of the sponsored person & the file number and ask them to help you calling at the Embassy and check if your passport is ready for pick up (so they can send the courier to pick up your passport). They have a direct phone number where they can check this.
If the person from Fedex tells you they didn't receive your "require a pick up" ask her to check this for you first, then you'll do immediately a "require a pick up" at Fedex.com.

@deeafahd, 50% of people are divorced.. it's not such a big deal in this century i don't know about the age difference, my husband is 10 years older than me, they didn't call me for an interview.

even if they ask you, no need to worry, they simply ask you some questions (you can find these on the forum) and these are not difficult to answer if you are in a genuine relationship.

Hey guys,


I am starting to get rlly frustrated with this process. I submitted the CSQ they asked for about 5 weeks ago and we have not received any update. I am 6 months pregnant and most probably I will have to be alone at birth. How long after they receive the CSQ do they ask for the next step? I don't find it normal that they keep people apart, they didn't even approve of a visit visa for my husband, the process itself is just way to long. :'( :'( :'(

romancuta: I cannot help, they didn't ask for my CSQ. However, I did sent it with my visitor visa application. Yes, the process is long and crazy, for me it was very difficult and I still hate that period where I wasn't able to live normally, but what we can do? I hope for a speedy process for you.

Sinziana: abogy is on a different program, not sponsorship, so don't compare your timeline with his. It will take longer for him. I don't remember your history, but did you got the AOR and/or SA? Maybe you can order these notes and see the situation of your file? In this topic CutiePie wrote about the notes ordering, I didn't do it myself.

Hello...my husband send the application for SA on September 3 ...we receive an email when they received the application, and then another one when they start processing it on October 21...so they start process it 10 days ago, but we did not received any answer yet ...we are lil bit worried and he read something on a forum that they should give you an answer in at least few days after they start process it ...please please share your opinion ...if that is normal or not ?? !!
