ROE

Hi. My contract was ended last year October under the live in caregiver program but still working on the same employer. I have started gathering my requirements and one them is ROE, my employer is not sure if thats a document that need to be requested to an office so she could fill out or if she is going to make one like hand written... or is it possible to use the t4 and payroll statements as an alternative for ROE. pls help, thanks

It's the employer's responsibility to issue you ROE, if she doesn't know it, she must have an accountant,
does she even pay your EI and CPP contribution? Anyway this is a guide:
