Please help:
I have a question about the Canada RNIP-Brandon community program. Based on IRCC website, it states that "
International students
You’re exempt from the work experience criteria above if you’re an international student who graduated with
  1. A credentialfrom a post-secondary program of 2 years or longer and you
    1. were studying as a full-time student for the full duration of the 2+ years
    2. received the credential no more than 18 months before your application for permanent residence
    3. were in the community for at least 16 of the last 24 months spent studying to get your credential
  2. or
  3. A master’s degree or higher and you
    1. were studying as a full-time student for the duration of your degree
    2. got your degree no more than 18 months before your application for permanent residence
    3. were in the community for the length of your studies
"
However, when I went to the Brandon Community website: http://economicdevelopmentbrandon.com/rnip-applicant-process
There were no ways for international students to create a profile. Only those who had a minimum of 1-year full-time work experience and with a job offer are allowed to create a profile.
I was wondering if anybody else having the same issues creating a Community Recommendation profile?
