Topic starter reported in July of 2016 that he received PRTD on H&C grounds (removed as a minor) and was about to travel to Canada. His last post was in 11/21 under inquiry he posted about his son born out of Canada, and how to bring him to Canada.

The poster above was last seen in December 2020, never updated his application status and doesn't appear likely to respond to your inquiry.

It looks like it takes ordinary Saudis 3 months or so to get the PRTD.
Unlike members of Saidu Royal Family, who got special treatment and were flown out of post 911 US within days after attacks (without even a single interview by FBI, despite 911 report indicating that at least some members of the Royal Family were in direct contact with 911 hijackers), ordinary Saudis must wait as long as CIC pleases.
