Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF) Payment

Hi there, I applied to sponser my child only (3 year old) as a Permanent Residence and application has been approved. My child is in Canada on Visitor Visa. I got an landing interview letter for him. Just wanted to know, Am I need to pay his Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF) fees of CAD 490 for 3 year old child?
