Hi, just wanted quick help.

We are a family of 4 applied for permanent residence last year and submitted our medicals couple of months back. We are in UK.

Since I am over 22, my application is seperate from my father. His application includes his spouse and his child (who is under 22).

When we submitted medicals, I paid $490 Right of Permanent Residency Fee for myself and $980 on behalf of my parents electornically
and attached the receipts.

However today, CIC has advised me through email that this payment method is only valid for those who are living in Nordic countries and asked for bankers draft of $980 within 30 days and they only quoted my immigration file number.

Now I am clueless. Surely it will be either $490 or $980 + $490 = $1470 since I paid on my parents behalf. I have replied back to the email asking if they can reply to my query and confirm the correct amount. As they might take 1-3 weeks to reply, I probably would end up sending $980.

Can anyone shed any light on this please?
