We need to pay the 'right of permanent residence fee'. Is that 345 euro per person?
and fees has to be pay by each person, me and my spouse ?

4. Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) (Canadian dollars)



For the acquisition of permanent resident status $490

This fee is payable by principal applicants (with some exceptions) and accompanying spouses and common-law partners. It must be paid before the immigrant visa is issued overseas or before the applicant becomes a permanent resident in Canada.

The following applicants are not required to pay this fee:
•dependent children of a principal applicant or sponsor, a child to be adopted, or an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild; and
•protected persons, including Convention refugees.

When do you need to pay this? Will they send me something saying I need to pay? Is there more paper work to fill out or just the payment?

they ask you to pay RPRF when they will issue you a medical and in MR instructions it will be one among others.

When they asked to pay you the RPRF it means that you are approved or just pre-requisite of other procedure to process?????

in my case, when I got my medical request then in that MR request they requested almost 10 documents along with RPRF for further prepossessing of the case. These documents were:
1.medical result
2.PCC.
3.RPRF
4.Updated POF.
5.3 photos
6.Travel history documents
and 3 forms updated.

My question is like puryas.... you pay the $490 upon request from them? Once you are approved but not landed yet? After you payed the other amount first along with medical exam and finger prints and application...then they process your application and send you a request where you pay the rprf of $490?
