Right of Permanent Residence Fee payment

Dear friends and seniors,

I am living in UAE and i have been asked to pay RPRF with the following statement in the email...

-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (A bank draft must be submitted. We do not accept online payments)

My application processing visa office is in London. but i have some difficulties to find out bank that makes bank draft in CAD $. Although my bank makes bank draft in US $, GBP, EURO and Dirhms. Is it possible that i can pay online through this link by my credit card?

on website they says i have to make Bank Draft on the name of "The receiver general for Canada". but do i need account number address and other things to make bank draft?

Hi,

You can't make online payment as they not accepting online payments. Ask someone in pakistan to make and send them on your behalf. Or i can help you with it here from UK if you want me too.

I finished my medicals today Alhamdulilah, they send reports online within 2 days..
Thanks for ur help iwill keep it, today i asked NBAD they make bank drafts in CAD $ but only for those who have account with them so today i gave an application today for account opening and tomorrow hopefully i will get it...

Now remaining with forms confusion that why they mentioned in their email 2 forms that are not related to me.. May be i have to ignore them.. I already sent a CSE asking about these 2 forms but still haven't received any answer...

In whose name do you make the draft? The Canadian High Commission or Receiver General of Canada?

Receiver General for Canada... and also write your name, application number, address and date of birth on the back of draft..

I had also sent draft for the payment of Rights of Permanent residence for me and my spouse. I used High commission of Canada bcz in my mail they did not mention paryicularly and i got cobfirmation from London visa office thay they have received my payment

I think its okay for both but its mentioned on their website that it should be payable to "Receiver General For Canada"

how many days they took to encash your bank draft when you sent them?

My Documents received by 3rd March 2014 and Bankers draft encashed on 8th April.
