Hello All,

I have applied under AINP and had submitted my medical few months back. Now, today (June 18th) I received an email about Right of Permanent Residency fee(RPRF) to deposit my $490 for each applicant. What my questions is that Does this RPRF suppose to be the last stage?

I have not submitted police certificate yet and neither they have ask me to yet

Please guide me, also I do not know how to get the police certificate. I lived in india up to age 22 then I came to US and have been living here from past 6 years. So I need certificate from Indian consulate and as well as US? I do not know where to get the certificate from in US.

I really appreciate any help.

Thanks.

funloving,

Right of Permanent Residency fee(RPRF) is not a Last Stage. after you submit RPRF your Visa Office will start processing your case and I suggest you to MUST submit Police Clearance Certificates Now to avoid future Delays. Here Is the Link HOW TO GET POLICE CERTIFICATES PLEASE FOLLOW THIS LINK:-

Thanks.

Can I put my finger imprints by myself using the procedure on fbi website?
or can I use 3rd party agency approved by FBI for the clearance? (nationalbackgroundcheck.com/)

There are list of approved 3rd party agencies on FBI webpage.
Will this expediate the process?

Do I have to go to police station for finger printing? can't I do it my self?

I am confused...please help.
