Ridiculous: photos not according to specs - delay in PR card after landing

For sending the new photos, can someone please tell me the courier address for this address:

Case Processing Centre -
Permanent Residence Card
P.O. Box 4500
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6L1

I want to send from outside Canada. And the courier company does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Would be much appreciated.

Hello there, I am in the same situation. Are you sending photos by regular mail as FedEx/DHL will not deliver to PO boxes? And yes that is the correct address. Please don't forget to include the IRCC letter with your photos.

the courier service will change the address to a courier-accepting address - that's what I was told by a UPS agent. 3 days later, my package was delivered.
