RFV request - Urgent

Hello,

We got an RFV request for me and my spouse. But in the RFV letter, I can see only my name(primary applicant). For passport submission appointment at VFS office, we need to fill the details for both, and they are asking "Is the name printed on the letter correct as per the name mentioned in your passport"? As my spouse's name isn't in the letter, should I select "Yes" as the answer? Has anyone experienced this?

You only get one RFV for both. If you both are outland applicants, just use the same with VFS for both. I did the same.
