A while back my mom was sent an invitation letter to get her Visa to travel to Canada for personal reasons...She is now back home and planning to revisit her family for the holidays ..Now concerns have arised because when my mom visited earlier this year there was some disagreement and now they think she should not use their Visa to come back to Canada and they want to revoke it but my understanding is the visa was obtained by my Mom at the Canadian St.Lucian embassy after she received their letter ..My question is can this be done? Please advise

Only IRCC or CBSA can revoke a visa. Family/friends can not. If she hasn’t abused the conditions of her TRV, it’s unlikely IRCC/CBSA would revoke it.
