Review required by officer

Hi All,
I see that many of us are waiting for second review. Please post your time lines here to track how long it takes to go through a second review.
I received my gcms and it says review required by officer because latest employment letter did not mention roles and duties. I will be sending a new letter before it gets reviewed second time

I think as long as roles/duties are given in reference letter, that's fine. Do we need to put it in employment letter as well?

If your employment reference letter does not state the roles and responsibilities then you should get another reference letter and send it. Offer letter with roles and responsibilities will not be considered as employment letter. This is what happened in my case

I SUBMITTED ADDITION DOC THREE MONTHS AGO AND STILL WAIT FOR THE SECOND REVIEW.
