Review of medical results?

Hey guys,

maybe someone can help me. I just got the work permit. YES.
I only sent them the copy of the mail with confirmation of the appointment for the medical exam. Now I see at the point of the Review of medical results there is just empty box (without an answer). Do I have still to do this exam?
I would like to work as mechanical engineer and if i understood this right, i don't need this medical exam right for this job?
Maybe someone had the same case. Thanks

I think it took 4 weeks from the creating an account to the permit.

the status was changed to "Not applicable". So I don't have to do the exam.

Thanks. Yes I submitted online. I'm from Germany.
