Review of Eligibility - Online Study Permit Application (February)

Hi ,

Applied on 22nd February , Online - File in Visa Office Riyadh . Processing time is 4 weeks
I'm just confused , as I don't have to do medicals , bio-metrics , shouldn't my review of eligibility start ?


By when should I expect my "Review of Eligibility" to start ?

Visa Approved , took me 17 days .
Funny thing is eligibility review started at 12 pm , got visa at 4 pm .
