I have applied for Immigration under Skilled Worker Category (Simplied process) in March 03, 2008 and received the AOR from CIC within 10 days that we have received your application and started processing your application on 6th March.

In march 2009, my ecas showed that my application has been transferred to NOVA SCOTIA and they might contact me blah blah blah, but uptill now no news from them now my status is APPLICATION RECEIVED. .

kindly pls review my Job Description and tell me am i still eligible for FAST TRACK

17 years of education (double masters MCS & MBA-Finance)
Brother, sister, uncle - All Canadian Citizens
Spouse - Masters
Age 27


Now comes the main point

NOC - at that time i applied under 0012 "Financial Managers"

Experience - 4 years or more (Total 6 years)

Main Duties -

Monitor Regional Operations
Control Money Laundering
Monitor Operational Risk
Improve Service Quality
Conduct Process Re-engineering

Conduct Operations Audit
Pre-remedial audit exercises
Process re-engineering
Operations centralization
Software Implementation


Now i assume NOC 0012 is 0111"Financial Managers" -

Not a good assumption. 0012 is different from 0111. Where do your family live? I think some province has sponsoring opportunity by friends and family (PNP)

Rupesh forget that line - Just consider my old NOC 012 & my job profiles and tell me am i eligible or not ?

whether you are eligible or not is dependent on your NOC. only you know your noc because only you know your job responsibility. i am no expert so i dont know all the noc that is in the 38 job list.
