Hi Folks,

I recently got my IELTS GT results and got LRWS 8.5, 7, 6, 7. (BC)
Please suggest , should i go for revaluation in writing ? And what are the chances of getting positive results ?

Regards

With my knowledge, There's a chance that it rises by 0.5. But if you ask me, I would suggest you to go for it because you've got all the necessary criteria in other modules for CLB 9. If you wait for another attempt, there's always slight chance of missing it again unless you're confident. Call is yours!!

Mine in LRWS - 8.5, 7 ,6.5 ,6.5
I am going for revaluation, I got my results yesterday waiting for TRF to apply.

Thanks for your advise Mate! I will surely go for remarking in writing. as i am bit sure about it. Also, during 1st time i got 7.

Which sections you are going for remarking ?? i guess both WS ?

Dear Guys,

I'm confused..

I received my IELTS test result today (Test Date: 19 Aug 17). I have been losing scores for Speaking or writing, always 0.5 less since 2015( I need 7 in each sections)

Listening:8.5 | Reading:7.5 | Writing:7.0 | Speaking:6.5 | Overall:7.5

I was planning for remarking... Is it a wise decision to remark as i need 7 in speaking.

Please find below my previews attempt results.

Dec 2016

Listening:8.0 | Reading:7.0 | Writing:7.0 | Speaking:6.5 | Overall:7.5

May 2015

Listening:8.5 | Reading:7.0 | Writing:6.0 | Speaking:7.5 | Overall:7.5

Hi members,

Quite a similar scenario. I hav scored Lis-8.5,Read-7.5,Wri- 6.5 and Speak-8..jus missing on 0.5. I am really relying now on this re-evaluation concept. What you all suggest?

Go for Evaluation if you are confident enough that you completed the criteria to get the required band.

My Result before Evaulation

LRWS 8/7.5/6.5/6.5.

Evaulation Results:

Writing Increased from 6.5 to 8.0
Reading Increased from 6.5 to 7.5

It's always worth to go for EOR if you think that you didn't get the score you deserve.
