Returning to Canada

My wife and I are moving back to Canada but we have not sold out house in the US yet. We plan on leaving our household goods in the US until the house is sold and then ship at a later date. We won't have importer information so what do we need to do for our goods that may not be shipped for 3-4 months? Do we use a B4 or other document?
