Hi, I landed in Canada i June 2011 as a refugee claimant, I gave birth to my daughter in 2012 but my claim was denied in 2014. I returned home under a removal order in 2015, is there a possibility of applying for permanent residence through H & C grounds so we can return to Canada, myself as a PR as my daughter is a citizen already? We are undergoing some hardships and here and I would like to give her a better life and better education.

Applying for PR under H&C is not an option for you since you must be physically in Canada in order to apply for PR under H&C.

If you wish to apply for PR, you will have to apply under one of the economic immigration streams such as Express Entry. Information on how to apply for PR under Express Entry can be found here:

Also before applying you need to get permission from Canadian immigration. For that you need to send ARC letter.
