Returning student college is not in dli list

Hii friends
My enquiry is that I'm a returning student from canada
And now I'm stuck in india because my college(Hanson college BC) is not in dli approved list. Is there any way i can travel back??
Can i do it if I change my dli number to cambrian college because all curriculum of my is of cambrian college

Did't you try to go to the airport and were turned back? What was the outcome...was it sorted out to allow you to travel?

All colleges are open, there's something else for sure that made your study permit invalid.
