Hi,

I had applied for for Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (H1B Holders) on March 31st 2009.

I returened to India on 2nd April 2009 and joined my India company. I had also applied for Canada immigration under skilled worker to Buffalo and have recieved the file name for the same.

1. Am i still eligible for the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (H1B Holders)?
2. Do I have to inform Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program about my change of address. Currently all my US postal mails are redirected to my friends place.

Following is the email I revieved from Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program

During our assessment of your application you will only be contacted by a Program Officer if we require additional information. hi
you 2 options here:

1- if you will be able to respond to an interview call in usa even if being in india (if you can come back 4 interview), then keep your friend address here in usa ( you have to make sure that that friend will be able to provide you with the necessary update info ON TIME)

2-it won't be possible to return if an interview call is made...then you notify it to them so they can transfer your application to your home town address or your actuel address...i've heard that in this case it will take more time but it's better than nothing.

good luck
