after receiving a notice by email to check an update online from IRCC and checking the portal application to discover that it was returned and all forms had incomplete next to it ,today i checked the portal again since i didnt receive any letter explaining the why it was returned to discover that the portal is saying application submitted... wont comment on that .... as this might give some hope that the application is still pending a decision ..i hope
