Hello friends,

I got my file returned that i applied to sponsor my husband in feb 2018 (outland) . They returned it to me because it was incomplete as per CIC. I applied it when the changes were not made thats before 14 feb 2018. Now i will be resubmitting the file . I am posting this thread to get advise and suggestion from all of you please. Share your experience if any one of you have the same situation so that i can avoid any mistakes. Thanks in advance.

i was missing a signature on form.

Dont feel discouraged I believe some of the forms and checklist has been updated note you may have send in police certifcate with application up front, and you will have to fill out those instead. Try to go slow with each form and look at the checklist top to bottom to assemble the application. The checklist will also show which forms and how many signatures are required.

I will also share with you my expirence so far

Mine is inland application

Heres our journey thus far:

PR and OWP application received: Feb 1st 2018

Entire Application Returned: Feb 28 2018 due to being incomplete missing signature on a form.

Application thought was lost but arrived in Mail sent to a town 400km away and another persons folder with CIC stamp included by mistake: March 13 2018

Full Application sent back recieved: March 14 2018

AOR: April 10 2018!!!

its was terrible.
But congrats for AOR
I will update soon when i will re-submit my husband's file. Thanks for sharing your experience. It gives me more energy when i find people who had been through lot worse than me.

Can someone please help me out ?
1. I'm collecting relationship proofs , in which i am confuse how to show whats app chat history , i emailed myself all chat and its showing me hundreds of pages and as per cic we have to provide 10 pages only . Please can you tell me how to make it concise or short so that it can get fit into 5 pages.
2. Can i take screenshots of my facebook or instagram posts and count them in those 10 pages as proof of relationship?
3. I was using REBTEL app for international calling and i want to know how many pages i can include of my call details?
4. And i sent my spouse letters and cake on his birthday and transfered some funds as well , can i ask him to get me those letters back (its kinds awkward) to take gifts back ? i mean how can i show cic that i sent him gifts on special occasions.

Please suggest me how to start collecting all relationship proofs . It will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I did whatsap facebook and skype screenshots placed them on word and printed. Sent them 20 pages instead of 10 lol. Still waiting for AOR. File received March 20th

I just included facebook screenshots the date we changed status that we became married to each other and showed in those screenshots the people commenting congrats...etc.

Screenshots for any social media should be fine.
