Returned Application Question

My apologies if this has been posted before- I (Canadian citizen) am applying for spousal sponsorship of my American husband, but our app was returned today as I missed putting in my mother in law’s date of birth on the additional family info form. All the forms are signed and dated December 21st 2019, is it an issue for me to just resend them, or do I need to redo all of the forms again?

I would say, u dont need to do all forms again unless it was specify in return app or unless immi officer wrote submit on those forms. And make sure you triplr check all forms, also make sure to re do family info form.

Check if there is no updates on the other forms. Cover all your bases. Good luck

Signatures expire 90 days after... You should be fine

Mine were returned as well at the beginning of our process, i didnt write "single" for my in laws marital status. I sent the same forms back after fixing and they were fine.

Great, thanks so much guys. I'll just fill in the form correctly, mail everything back, and hope for the best.
