Hi, my application to replace my lost permanent resident card has been returned as it was incomplete. I was wondering if you could clarify a few matters before I resend the application:
- Do I need to pay the processing fee again?
- Do I need to take a new photo if it was not declined and was taken on April 6, 2023?
- What does it mean when it says, “Applications dated more than 90 days before being received by IRCC will require that you update your absences, re-sign and re-date the application, otherwise the application will be returned as incomplete”? My application was received 5 days after I sent it, so I am confused about this particular reason for the application return.
- I know that in the new application I need to include the letter informing me about the incomplete application, but do I also need to include the incomplete, returned application?
