When I called CIC Call Centre asking for the status of my application of citizenship in Dec 2014, the agent told me "has been granted" in Nov 2014. But today when I call CIC again, the agent told me my case is still "in process" I am so confused! Is there anyone else has the same situation? Does anybody know why?
 
have you completed the test and oath ?

what does it show online ?

Do you mind putting your timelines in the signature like others. It will be easier for everyone to advice/comment.

Not all the agents will tell you the details, order the ATIP file and you will see all the details there.

CIC agents are not the best person to know the real status. CIC should train them better.

Do you know what is the possible reason? Last month the call centre even told me the date my citizenship was granted, but this month the call centre told me my case is still in process.
