I have my parent's visitor visa and they are visiting for the very first time. I am thinking of booking the arrival flight as non-refundable and the departing flight as fully refundable. Can this be considered a red flag for a CBSA officer?
I intend to keep my parents for around 5 months, will this be okay? Do I need to take care of anything?

If the departing flight is within 5 months, you should be okay. CBSA determines how long they can stay upon entry.
