We are Canadian citizens, have not lived in the country for quite some years. My son is born out of the country and is Now planning to return for good and for the university education. My question is do I pay domestic or International tuition fee ? Do I have to reside in the country for a period of time to be eligible for the lower cost education fee starting at year 1?
