retrieving a withdrawn profile

Hi all,

I created a new profile and then when I was deleting the old one I have mistakenly deleted the new one ...

So 2 things:

1. I created new account in order to create new profile. Is this wrong? Can I create new a profile without making new account in CIC?
2. Can I retrieve my profile after withdrawing it without having to create it from scratch?
