You camera was off for 2 minutes during test, I don't want to say whose fault. Anyway, I wish you will get retest soon but because of you moved from Calgary to Montreal and back to Calgary, this might has caused you some delay. Different province, different cases processing centre. You know, right?

I applied in Calgary and my file was never transferred to Montreal. It stayed in Calgary so I don’t think it will cause any delays . I hope not.

Since the camera was disconnected, IRCC has a strong case against you. Don't resist too much. Many people did the test again for technical reasons. Just go with the flow.

It was their fault it got disconnected not from my side. It’s very bad luck. Because I finished the test in 10 mins and I reviewed it 3 times before submitting and while I was reviewing it it got disconnected I shouldn’t have reviewed it.

How disconnection of your Camera happens from their side? I agree though, it was bad luck. Hopefully they will reschedule you soon

Hello, not entirely sure what happened but I would add if you had finished your test before the camera got disconnected it should have been fine ( imo) as IRCC says the answers that are completed to that point will submit automatically! However if it disconnected in the beginning like you finished a few questions and came back and finished that’s another story! If it’s the first case send an email providing detail it might work out!
and one more thing as you say you were reviewing it when it disconnected , and hopefully you didn’t change any answers after returning back again on screen, you have a fairly strong case, just argue!

I replied back to the email where they sent me the test and they replied back saying I need to call or check my status online snd they can’t give me any info. I sent 2 webforms and no reply. I’m worried if i argue with them they might stop processing my application or smthg ! Or do you think I should send them an email ? Thank you

In my opinion, write a polite email stating all the facts such as you had answered all the questions, once back you didn’t change anything and soon after coming back you submitted the test something like that, and put that on a letter and send through webform! Hope this might work if doesn’t at least you will get the retest soon?
