Resume modification help

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for someone to help in modifying my resume, I have made a Canadian style one and I need help in making it better, this is the link

1. Cut it down to one or 1.5 pages at most.
2. Run it through a spell checker.
3. A lot of your bullet points are vague and redundant. Each work experience should be just a couple points. Specific achievements you can quantify are best, such as the size/cost of projects you've undertaken.
4. It's assumed that you're proficient at Microsoft Office and you have references available upon request, take those out.
