I did complete the medical exam within the 30 day time frame that they provided, however I don't think that the results will be there by the deadline. Who should I contact for this? In the letter I received it just says "to inform the IRCC office responsible for processing your application", however I am not sure who that is or how I would go about contacting them.

The panel physician will send your result to IRCC and they'll be able to see the date you completed it. Also, you should send the e-medical sheet you were given to IRCC via webform.

According to panelists (I visited for my case), VOs are aknowledged through the central database when the appointment date is fixed for the medical for an applicant.

I received medical letter on 28 April and appointment on 25 May. Results were uploaded to e-Medical on 29 May and review of medical updated to "Passed" on 28 June.

Today was the deadline for me, I had done it on the 21st. On the website it now says that they have not received the results of my required medical exam. But I will be ok since I did it on time, right? It will update whenever they get it?

I think you need to be careful here. Maybe get the date the hospital uploaded the results and mention that date to IRCC using a webform. I suggest you be very careful when they have mentioned that they have not got it.

You dont need to worry if your appointment date was within 30 days. Uploading of results is panelist responsibility and not yours.

My medical result was uploaded on 29 May, but it did not appear in my Gckey until 29 june when it changed to Pass.

Because you dont know about your visa office, Try inform IRCC through "report a problem or mistake on this page" at botton of your Gckey profile. Once you click it, there is a space to write your message. you can also attach the medical examination reciept/sheet if you have with you.

Hello Everyone,

I recieved request for medical examination request on May 9th ,2022 but I was out of country and didn't have access to my laptop. Now when I am reading this request I found it was only valid for 30 days, which has passed already.

Is there a way I can ask cic to send a new request for medical examination.

Can I do it through web form.
